Run the whole practice on one system that acts.
CRM, native billing & trust, a native general ledger, and a fully agentic Legal AI — unified, not stitched together from add-ons.
Everything a firm runs on — together.
No more paying for billing, intake, a CRM, and an AI bolt-on separately, then wiring them yourself.
A Legal AI that acts — not a chat box bolted on.
Nine specialist agents, coordinated by an always-on monitor. Every output is cited and logged to a tamper-evident audit. Auto-act when certain, verify when unsure, route to a human when there's no match — never an irreversible action without approval.
Your clients' privilege. Your control. Our responsibility.
The questions every managing partner and malpractice carrier asks before approving an AI platform — answered here, aligned to ABA Formal Opinion 512.
Where does my data go when AI processes it?
Retrieval is intersected with the matters you can access and your ethical walls before any model sees a word. Nothing is retrieved across firms, matters or walls.
Is the AI trained on our client data?
Never. Enterprise model-vendor terms prohibit retention and training. The system learns per firm from your outcomes and edits, and never trains shared models.
Who can see what inside the platform?
RBAC, matter-level scope and ethical walls, with SSO / SAML / SCIM, and MFA mandatory for admin and finance roles.
How do you handle privileged information?
Row-level security puts a firm_id on every row. Cross-firm access is structurally impossible except through explicit, consented co-counsel sharing.
Can we audit what the AI did?
Every prompt, document accessed, output and action is hash-chained and exposed in a per-firm AI Audit View. Every substantive output carries citations and a confidence level.
What if something goes wrong?
A documented incident-response plan with breach-notification timelines, annual third-party penetration testing, and a published subprocessor registry.
Questions from your security team?
We share our SOC 2 report, subprocessor registry and BAA on request, and will walk your team through the controls.
Where the incumbents split it up, we don't.
We match them on trust accounting and beat them on everything that used to be an add-on.
What firms ask before they switch.
How is this different from Clio, MyCase or Filevine?
They split CRM, billing and AI across products and add-ons. Legal by Rose runs all three on one CRM, one financial ledger and one agentic AI, with the AI and API included.
Is the AI an add-on?
No. The agent roster, Rose Sentry and the proof engine are included, not a per-seat or quote-only extra.
Will the AI act without an attorney signing off?
Never on anything irreversible. It auto-acts only when certain, verifies in place when unsure, and routes to a human when there is no match. Every output is cited and logged.
Does it work for my practice area?
Practice-area templates cover every specialty on one configurable spine, so you turn on what you need. The proof and code-compliance engine generalizes: ingest, cross-reference authority, find the winning basis, assemble proof, cite, draft.
What can I connect it to?
A documented open API and OAuth 2.0 on every tier, plus QuickBooks, LawPay and optional LEDES/UTBMS.
Can I share a matter with co-counsel?
Yes. Cross-firm sharing is controlled by privilege rules, with tracked referral-fee splits built in.
Coming from Clio, Filevine, MyCase, Lawmatics or Litify?
Enter data once and it flows everywhere. Full data exportability and an open API on every tier mean you are never locked in — on the way in or the way out.
